Our strength lies not only in our art, but in the actions of our initiatives. From the moment we started our work in 2008, we understood that by working together we could overcome our challenges much more efficiently. As we work to promote diversity with our network of independent artists throughout the Diaspora there must be a particular emphasis on equity in ethnicity, gender identity, and sexual orientation .
